Tom Fudala-said that <br /> once we get beyond the procedural aspects, the public should be involved. Discussion ensued <br /> about the application process and how the public is involved in this. Frank Shephard said that <br /> the Cape Cod Commission doesn't distinguish between hearings and public meetings- <br /> Den n is said he is confused about-what Frank means by his"staff." He wanted to know when his <br /> °rrleetings" occur and expressed concern that the CCC is trying to force the Planning Board out <br /> of their-decision making process. He asked if the Planning Board can provide input at-the CCC <br /> monthly meetings. Frank said that Sharon had been giving summaries of meetings to Planning <br /> Board. Sharon apologized to the Planning Board for not providing the staff meeting summary in <br /> advance of this meeUng. She assured that this will be done in a more Urnely fashion in the <br /> future. Torn Fudala said that he will provide Sharon with the addresses of all Planning Board <br /> members. <br /> Margaret Callanan gage an overview of the process of development agreements; she cited <br /> benefits, concerns and considerations. <br /> Dennis inquired about employment and work conditions. He asked the CCC if they planned on <br /> using 1 lashpee contractors and if they would be interested in starting local training programs. <br /> Margaret said that this could be creatively worked into the development agreement. <br /> Before ending the joint session, Sharon invited the Planning Board to attend the next meeting 9f <br /> the CCC. <br /> Motion on made by Beverly to continue.Talanian until 8:25 p.m. seconded by Dennis, carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Kenneth Anderson, Ashers Path.
