Torn said he <br /> wanted to see operations/maintenance plans. <br /> Attorney Sevin Kirrane said the Board of Health approved new locations for <br /> monitoring wells. Storm water management plans were provided. It was <br /> suggested that construction details for Bypass Road could be listed as <br /> condition for issuance of special permit. <br /> John Cheshire provided preliminary road layout and water quality report of <br /> February 2 t'. Explains hover one of the existing monitoring wells will be impacted <br /> from construction but that a new one will replace it. He also pointed out where <br /> new wells will go. He said that the Board of Health has accepted these locations. <br /> He plans to go out and take samples of these wells. . <br /> Torn Fudala brought up the subject of Design Review. He wanted to know if they <br /> approved this project. Don Megathlin responded that signage for buildings are <br /> outstanding at this time, as each tenant gill be responsible for adhering to <br /> guidelines. Torn read from attachment to decision and noted the following issues: <br /> long-term monitoring program; storm water operations and maintenance plan; <br /> designs for road to make sure drainage works and clarification of drainages <br /> going to webands, swle , along the road, etc. Mr. Cheshire pointed out on plans <br /> where drainage would go and said that it was piped to a well. <br /> Torn read from Charlie's recommendations; access for dumpsters was a <br /> concern. Don explained how the trucks would have a good turning radius. <br /> There was some concern about the actual square footage of the gated service <br /> areas and the difficulties involved in trucks coming and going. Torn suggested <br /> that there be some bind of centralization in parking lot. Don said they would wort <br /> on this. <br /> Beverly had concerns about nitrogen percentage standards and whether this <br /> would be a condition of the special permit. Torn Fudala said that-there was not <br /> much monitoring done on this, but mentioned that a treatment plant could be set <br /> up. He added that as long as it is generally operating OK, then ft should not be <br /> an issue. Beverly had a question about plume efficiency for irrigation. Ir. <br /> Cheshire pointed out groundwater flog on plans and mentioned hoer nitrate <br /> dilutes. <br /> Torn Fudala talked about setting up a road layout to Connection to Fite. 2 . He <br /> said that the Board could set up setbacks now. Discussion ensued about parking <br /> and whether this would be considered a public gray. There were plowing <br /> concem . Mr. Kirrane wanted to know about conformance to subdivision plan <br /> conditions for road. Torn said that that could all be waived and wanted their <br />
