Tom Fudala <br /> apologized that he has not completed the special permit draft, due to heavy work <br /> load. Engineer,, Chris Costa distributed plans for Board review. He pointed out <br /> the re-alignment of Lowell Road. He mentioned that Charlie and Greg Taylor rnet <br /> Page 3 <br /> and came up with these plan modifications. The driveway carve out-at-the curare <br /> rather than the intersection. This was pointed out on the map. <br /> Chris Costa talked about the concrete post with reflectors. He said that Lowell <br /> Road should not be abandoned completely because there are utilities-there. Tom <br /> said that there is no formal layout of Lowell Road and asked if there, actually, will <br /> be a road layout plan to be recorded with the county corn mission r. Chris asked <br /> if Torn meant the actual sub-division plans. Tom responded that there is usually a <br /> separate road layout plan. Charlie said the old vs. new Lowell road should <br /> maintain line driveway footage. He said there is a triangular lot for easement. <br /> Chris referred to an open space raver of the Cape cod Commission. Discussion <br /> ensued about open space becoming part of road layout. Torn suggested <br /> reducing existing Lowell Road to an easement and that puns should reflect this. <br /> He also said that there are still several issues to err out; including renaming the <br /> subdivision with CSC and storm water drainage calculations that need <br /> adjustment. <br /> Tom said that due to heavy work load he was not able to prepare the special <br /> permit draft and suggested a meeting with Greg about Lowell Road issues before <br /> granting approval. <br /> Chris Costa had concerns that the lending institution was looking for approval. <br /> Torn said that technically, without the special permit, there is no official approval. <br /> Motion by Martine.to approve Definitive Cluster Subdivision Plan, subject to <br /> approval of subsequent special permit. Seconded by Dennis; carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Copies of water quality report were passed out to Board with a brief mention of a <br /> grater treatment monitoring plant. <br /> Motion by Martine to continue this to a public hearing on May 2na at 7:15 p.m. <br /> Seconded by Dennis; carried unanimously. <br />
