Richard Ferrara, <br /> representing Mr. Anderson, said that he will get these t the Planning Board. <br /> Matt Malone said that the definitive plan was submitted and given to Charlie for <br /> review. <br /> Motion by Martine to schedule public hearing for May 16 th at 7 p.m. Seconded b <br /> Dennis; carried unanimously. <br /> Talanian RealtG Approval of Special Perm;for Shoppinc-1 Mail <br /> Kevin Kirrane, representing Mr. Talanian, brought.up several issues that he had <br /> discussed with Torn since the last meeting. Another draft of the special permit <br /> was updated and reflects these conversations. Also, he added, Charlie's i <br /> recommendations have been taken into review. <br /> Torn Fudala said that the Fire Department issues have all been worked out and <br /> involve cutting trees. He then passed out copies of the updated draft of the <br /> special permit. Charlie said that the layout plan that he reviewed was not clear on <br /> the road that goes all the way down to Donna Lane. Toni said that the Board had <br /> voted to add adjusted set-baks. Apparently, the torn had some confusion on <br /> the revised road location. Kevin said that the engineer found a plan which shovers <br /> a -foot layout and was following up on that deed donation of land (Field's <br /> i Point .This, he said, was recorded incorrectly. The corrected -foot line will be <br /> shown on the plans. <br /> Torn continued going over the special permit items which included the following <br /> items; decisions; waivers and findings; proposal of four new wells; conformance <br /> with by-laws-of storm water operation 'maintenance plan; revisions in parking lot <br /> access points; driveway connection between two parking lots; correction on <br /> Donna's Lane and required sidewalks; permanent monitoring wells correction; <br /> addition of safe crosswalks on Commercial Street, Fite. 28 access; installation of <br /> traffic control signal; square footage of gross floor area; the maintenance of <br /> underground utilities as-built plans; proposed waste water treatment facility; <br /> numbering of monitoring wells; installation of bike ranks; proposed irrigation well; <br /> the transfer of special permit. <br /> There was a lengthy discussion, initiated by Mr. Talanian, regarding who is <br /> responsible for financing the traffic signal. Mr. Talanian suggested that it is - <br /> Mashpee Commons that is responsible for this. Don ll egathlin expressed <br /> displeasure with bairg to be forced to pay for the traffic signal because <br /> Il ashpee Commons doesn't want to build the intersection in an efficient 'Wanner. <br />
