Mr. Talanian continued that he feels l ashpee <br /> Commons is responsible for getting the traffic signal operational now. He <br /> suggested putting something into the special permit assuring reimbursement for <br /> this expense. Resident, Marjorie Kats ulis, suggested that the neighboring <br /> residents could approach the Commission in favor of getting the signal put up at <br /> Shellbal Way/Donna Lane. <br /> Tom referred back to Article 8 of the special permit'and said that he would <br /> change the wording to read "immediate release of funds." Matt said that safety <br /> was the primary concern and that the Planning Board will work.vigorously t <br /> make sure that Mr. Talanian gets reimbursed for installing the traffic light. Beverly <br /> suggested using stronger language and to invite Margo Finn to cane before the <br /> Board. <br /> Another issue that was brought up was in regards-to Connector Road. Torn said <br /> that this, and other issues, haven't even been discussed yet. He suggested <br /> meetings with Mr. Rogers to review some of these unresolved issues. Matt said <br /> that both Talanian and the Planning Board should meet with Mr. Rogers together. <br /> Torn distributed copies of a letter from the Fire Department in which they stated <br /> they will not eliminate parallel parking, but will remove trees. Matt questioned <br /> ghat size trucks are servicing which buildings. He cited servicing problems and <br /> blockage. He pointed on the map to building F and noted problems with off <br /> street loading. Tom added that there is some conflictWith the site plans and the <br /> architectural plans. Both plans need to be merged, he said. Charlie said he <br /> preferred to stop and redo everything before going forward. He reiterated the <br /> importance of getting all plans merged in consistent format for easier review. <br /> Beverly brought up the-subject of plant effluence. Tory explained that the Board <br /> f Health will be monitoring monthly. He told her that the Planning Board could <br /> request monthly reports. Beverly said she wanted to do that. <br /> There was a brief discussion about snow removal. . <br /> Motion by Dennis to continue the public hearing until May 2nd at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Seconded by Martine; carried unanimously. <br />
