Charlie suggested reviewing mitigation choices. Fran <br /> granted to know how long trucks will have to be going past her house. Mike said <br /> about three years. He added that there are construction signs directing traffic. <br /> Charlie suggested that they may need to look into easement and could, perhaps, <br /> reduce grading so it would be conducive to building a road. Frances suggested <br /> that they build unit 10 first. Matt agreed with that. Fran asked if they would be <br /> pavi'ng the road, to which Mike answered, yes. Torn Quinn added that they plan <br /> to direct trucks around but that some will slip through. Torn Fudala suggested <br /> sending a letter to the building inspector about this. <br /> Tom then talked about deeding of open space; he said this was an open violation <br /> and asked what was going to happen with this. Attorney Patrick Brady, <br /> representing the trustees., referenced th&original special permit of 1. -which <br /> stated that conveyance did not belong to the builder, rather, the trustees had <br /> legal ownership of the land. He further stated that paragraph five held the <br /> Planning Board in error because the clubhouse was not to compliance with <br /> Phase 113. He said that the land should have been conveyed within one year and <br /> that only the unit owners can convey it. <br /> Matt did not agree.and said that the Planning Board did not intentionally ignore <br /> anything. He said that the Board would confer with the torn council for opinion. <br /> He suggested that Mr. Butler and Attorney Brady should prepare Memorandum <br /> of'Law. <br /> Torn Fudala wanted to know what the problem was with the until owners deeding <br /> over the land.
