■ <br /> Page <br /> Willowbend Development Co <br /> Y <br /> Bruce Betsy presented aerial view photos and pointed out changes that have <br /> been made from original. He pointed out two holes that had been eliminated. H <br /> also showed originals that were arppr ved' by the Board in 1988 and explained <br /> differences between the two plans. He talked about the use.of open space and <br /> said that this plan pr vid s 2-1/2% more open space than the original. Other <br /> items he rnenti o ned were drainage syster ; ptorage.pond; reducing a mo u nt of <br /> watering and planting in turf area: irrigation pond system. <br /> Scott Hoarsely, Environmental Consultant outlined the following three issues: <br /> water usage} nitrogen loading and.wetlands. He described hover they built nine <br /> new holes and ended up using less water. Jack Mc laney mentioned ground <br /> water recovery wells and explained clean-up, pumping, etc. <br /> Dennis asked if,the association had agreed to these-things. Jack said that, yes, <br /> several meetings with association members had been held and'that they were all <br /> aware of being part of a system unit. He described the use of an abandoned bog <br /> to create two vegetated bodies of water. He also tallied about a wildlife <br /> enhancement project. <br /> Matt inquired about archeological concerns. Jack said that-the Fox 2 and Fox <br /> sites bath had potential for archeological resources Frith.deed restrictions-and <br /> that they had obtained a release from the Mass. Historical Commission. <br /> Additionally, he said they had also taped with the Ilashpee Tribal Council. <br /> Torn Fudala asked that Phase II be:explained. Jack gave a brief explanation and <br /> then continued with the issue f'traffic impact. Bruce pointed out Shoestring Bay <br /> and detailed certaiin points. Torn mentioned the 200 ft. setback from wetlands. He <br /> said that it could be waived, but that the 50 ft. setback could not be waived. He <br /> added that there was a way to get around that, and offered a suggestion. Bruce <br /> completed the discussion by talking about open space and acreage. <br /> Motion by Beverly to refer this proposal to the Cape Cod' Cori mission. <br /> Seconded by Dennis; carried unanimously. <br /> Linwood/Soliz Definitive Plan* Plaza Del Sol <br /> Robert Mills submitted definitive subdivision plan for Plaza Del Sol. The Board <br /> scheduled a public hearing for June 6th at 7 p.m. <br /> Motion to adjourn by Dennis at 11:0 p.m. Seconded by Beverly; carried <br /> unanimously. <br />
