Seconded by Richard;hard; unanimous. <br /> Correspondence: Town Clary re:_map file <br /> Torn Fudarla produced a letter in which Town Clerk requested financial help from the <br /> Planning Board for-the purchase of a map drawer. Torn explained that the Planning <br /> Board already has such a drawer for reaps. Further inquiry into this was necessary. <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee; Ken Ilarsters: Snead Drivq,_Kpgan Drive <br /> Nelson Circle <br /> Torn Fudala reported that ar fax from Charlie cites good overall condition of all three <br /> sites. One item mentioned was the gas oil hoods on some catch basins with several in <br /> need of cleaning. Dennis inquired about a letter from the engineer saying that the <br /> concrete bounds are all set. Torn said that he had just received this and that Ken had <br /> not seen it yet. Tony also added that Camden Drive is OKand that the lots had been <br /> released in 1994. <br /> Applicant: Sean Ea ci n; Balfour Lane Release a Covenant <br /> Dennis asked wham was needed to release the covenant. Torn said that it couldn't be <br /> done tonight because applicant was not present. <br /> Dream Developers,Inc. Endorsement of reprised ANR Plan <br /> Torn i~udala presented Plan of Land, which was approved by the Board. The annexed <br /> lot was recorded; an erroneous notation about llashpee Common's was also noted. In <br /> new plans, there were changes in parcel n erninI g conveyance with no other <br /> alterations. Along with these new plans was a letter requesting the waiving of ANR fee. <br /> Motion.by Dennis to waive the ANR fee; seconded byBeverly; unanimous. <br /> Motion by Dennis to sign the new plan. seconded by Richard; unanimous. <br />
