Page 2. Lot 1 &2, Off Melissa Avenue
vegetated with red maple (Acer rubrum),willow(Salix, spp.), pitch pine(Pinus rigida),
beech(Fagus grandifolia)and black oak (Quercus velutina)trees/saplings. The slope to
the Pond is vegetated with lowbush blueberry(Vaccinum vacillans), upland grasses
(Graminae, spp.)and a mixture of the above mentioned saplings. Field observations(i.e.
vegetation, soils, evidence of flooding)indicate there is little fluctuation in the water level
of the Pond. The upper boundary of the beach/bank was flagged in the field with
sequentially numbered flags, appropriate for survey purposes, labelled Wet A-1 through
Wet A-9(with a Start and End flag). The flags commence at the southerly side of the
property (off Lot 2),extend along the beach in a northerly direction, to where they
terminate off the northerly property line associated with Lot 1.
If you have any questions regarding these findings, please feel.free to call me at ahy time.
I am glad I could assist you with this project, and let me knowifI can be of any help in
the future.
Sincerely,
PINEBROOK CONSULTING
Brooke Monroe
Environmental•Scientist
i
