S
Page 2
Charlie said he SO wanted to look at drainage calculations. Dennis had ar question
about the roadway. Charlie mentioned some changes that were made on detail sheet.
Torn Fudala had a question about the buffer requirement. There was lengthy deliberation of plans.
Chris Costa said that he thought this would be a good idea to granting a waiver. Dennis
said that the Planning Board could either grant a waiver now or else they could try to
cone up with other ideas for the buffer zone. Beverly said she would lice to see some
more solutions before granting a waiver, to which Dennis concurred. Beverly suggested
that Charlie w ite a letter of recommendation to the Planning Board regarding waivers.
Motion by Beverly to continue the public hearing on this matter to December 19th at
p.m. Seconded by Dick; unanimous.
Applicant: Kenneth Anderson/Ferreira Associates; West side of Ashem Pate
Request: Re.,signature of approved definitive subdivision plan for land court
Torn Souza, representing Kenneth Anderson, said that when he went to Boston he was
informed that that llylar plans have changed to clear point plans. Mr. Ferreira them seat
along the correct plans, however, now the plans need to be signed again by the
Planning Board.
