He explained that Myra had simply copied last <br /> year's budget and asked if anyone had any concerns. He also brought up the subject of <br /> recertification which he said was up in 2003. He made m Ontion of the fact that the <br /> Plannibg Board does not have the staff to do this. <br /> Motion by Beverly to authorize Tom to submit FY2003 budget; seconded by Dick; <br /> unanimous. <br /> There was some discussion.about impact fees. <br /> Charlie submitted a bill and talked about re-writes that he said were corning along. He <br /> said he would like some things added i to rules and regulations for construction; <br /> subdivision regulations. Board agreed that they should authorize Charlie to go ahead <br /> with this; storm water standards for one. Chadie will talk with Greg Taylor so that all <br /> regulations will be the consistent.
