Eric explained to her this would be unconstitutional. <br /> The Chairman inquired if the Assistant Town Planner would <br /> have the time to draft an Article under Alternative 3 to include <br /> appropriate set backs from residential . <br /> Eric responded it would be a matter of formatting <br /> information received from other Towns to fit the needs of <br /> MashP eer and that he has already done some work defining <br /> a <br /> appropriate areas/ which he could draft for the next Meeting. <br /> 11 t The Town Planner suggested defining the school set backs as <br /> to the building or property line. The chairman suggested any <br /> J. future school sites be included as well .
