She expressed <br /> concern for heavy equipment utilizing the bridge and requested <br /> the possibility of Board enforcement in an attempt to better <br /> protect the bridge. <br /> The Chairman stated that it is appropriate v' 'to review <br /> compliance of existing conditions of a Special Permit when a <br /> request for modification is made. He further explained that a <br /> Special Permit is a negotiated arrangement, whereby certain <br /> conditions could also be added. He suggested anyone with <br /> specific concerns should submit them to the Planning Board in <br /> writing and should attend the scheduled Meeting where they will <br /> be addressed. <br /> (Consulting Engineer, Charles Rowley, arrived at the Meeting <br /> at this point-6 : 55 p.m. ) <br /> Beverly Kane: Requested additional information regarding �� <br /> the mention of thirty-six (36) lots on Shoestring Bay. <br /> The Chairman stated he is unclear as to the title issues in <br /> connection with property Willowbend is currently in the process <br /> of purchasing. <br /> The Town Planner contributed information by stating the <br /> property is located within an approved subdivision, that <br /> Willowbend is proposing to re-shape the lots . There is no change <br /> being proposed to the roadways. The issues being raised are in <br /> connection with easements. The ANR Plan is on file in the <br /> Planning Department and is available for review. <br /> Robin Blakeman: Asked about keeping the ancient ways in r <br /> use. + <br /> } ' The Chairman replied this matter is addressed within the <br /> Special.. Permit. ' <br /> The Town Planner stated that Mr. Hostetter had posted signs <br /> indicating the ancient ways.
