(This matter <br /> concluded. at 7: 0 0 p.m. ) <br /> V <br /> Release of covenant <br /> y � David Hendrick/Kevin Andrade-old Barnstable Road <br /> 7 <br /> Release of 3-Lots <br /> The chairman called this matter and recognized Mr. Hendrick, <br /> who requested the Board table this discussion until such time as <br /> his attorney arrived; to which the Board agreed. 7: 0 p-m• <br /> Release of Covenant <br /> Peter Michaelson-Winslow Farms Subdivision--Release of 4-Lots <br /> The chairman recognized Mr. Michaelson, who reminded the <br /> Board of his appearance two years earlier with regard to seven <br /> (7) Lots, re-asphalt of roads throughout Winslow Farms. Mr. <br /> Michaelson further informed the Board of his opportunity to <br /> purchase the 4-Lots for sale under foreclosure. <br /> Mr. Michaelson made reference to a letter dated February 6, <br /> 1991, from Mr. Rowley, as well as to the Plan. He indicated the <br /> lots currently under covenant to be those represented in black; <br /> l green indicated those lots that are currently under agreement; a <br /> Purchase and Sale Agreement as it relates to the lots being <br /> ! purchased; and the proposal. Lot 1 stands alone, Lots 99 and 100 <br /> are side by side, and Lot 26 is located within conservation, the <br /> buildability is questionable. It appears two, perhaps three <br /> buildable lots are possible. <br /> Mr. Michaelson proposed conducting all of the engineering as <br /> well as setting all corner bounds throughout the subdivision, as <br /> proposed by his Engineer, Stephen Boyle. Mr. Michaelson raised <br /> the issue of control, as had been pointed out by Mr. Rowley, and <br /> a which had been his earlier experience when having to work within <br /> 15-1 6 feet of the setback. <br /> Mr. Michaelson recapped nine (9) lots have been purchased <br /> through the government, seven (7) of which have not been released <br /> from covenant. After completion of road work in the amount of <br /> Sixty-Five Thousand ($65, 000 . 00) Dollars, he stated a vested <br /> interest in the neighborhood as the owner of three rental houses. <br /> He explained his interest in taking advantage of acquiring groups <br /> of lots for the purpose of making small improvements .
