An <br /> area has been designated and an easement has been maintained for <br /> y , <br /> 3 <br /> a private water supply to future development on Lot 1 . <br /> t- The Town Planner suggested Applicant separate the industrial <br /> from the commercial use. According to the bylaw, the majority <br /> use shall apply. He suggested extending thirty (34) feet into <br /> the smaller zone to be used as commercial. He further explained <br /> there are no use variances; this would not be a Special Permit <br /> issue. Mr. Fuller agreed to recommend this suggestion to his <br /> attorney. <br /> The chairman inquired as to future access use. Mr. Fuller <br /> informed the Board an easement will be created whereby all <br /> commercial access will be off Forestdale. The chairman <br /> determined zoning and districts were clearly stated on Plan; <br /> Lots 2 and 3 do not conform to the minimum standards regarding <br /> ' frontage in area to be considered as building lots. <br /> There being no public input or further Board considerations, <br /> the chairman entertained a motion be made in this matter. <br /> MOTION: Chance Reichel made a Motion to sign the Approval <br /> Fib Not Required Plan, as presented to the Board; which Motion was <br /> seconded. by Dennis Balzarini and was so voted unanimously. (This <br /> matter concluded at 7 :25 p.m. ) <br /> r <br /> Board Items <br /> c Draft Amendment for Revised Inspection Fees <br /> The Chairman made reference to Town of Mashpee Public <br /> Hearing Notice for January 21r 1998 at 7 : 00 p.m. at Mashpee Town <br /> Hall . The proposed Amendment being the replacement of the <br /> a <br /> current section entitled, "FEE SCHEDULE" . <br /> �! yl <br /> Other Items <br /> Discussion of Telecommunications Moratorium Bylaw <br /> The Chairman recognized Eric Smith, Assistant Town Planner, <br /> who informed the Board of Town Counsel ' s determination that a six <br /> (5) month moratorium period is the maximum. He then provided <br /> copies of f1174-25 . 1 Wireless Communications Facilities Moratorium <br /> Article For May 1998 Annual Town Meeting. <br /> The Town Planner determined a Public Hearing (Board of <br /> Appeals) in this regard is required before Town Meeting; and the <br /> Article must be submitted to the Selectmen for placement on the <br /> Warrant. <br /> The Chairman determined there to be no public input at this <br /> point; Board Member, Dennis Balzarini, indicated his support for <br /> �F the proposed six month moratorium. <br /> _6- <br /> «ry <br /> !i 1r <br />
