Attorney McElhinney <br /> determined although it would be considered willowbend property, <br /> Applicant would have no objections to its removal upon request of <br /> the homeowner. <br /> Mr. Guagnini then inquired if construction equipment is <br /> expected to utilize the bridge at Sampson' s Mill Road/cotuit, <br /> which is a six (6) ton limit, single passage; and if any <br /> E <br /> restrictions have been imposed by the Planning Board/Willowbend <br /> corporation. Attorney McElhinney replied, "We would certainly <br /> agree to do that- He further stated an Engineering Study has <br /> been completed, as specified within the original Special Permit <br /> for contribution toward the upgrade of the bridge. <br /> Ms. Slaymaker asked what recourse, if any, Maushop Stables <br /> would have in the event construction traffic utilizes the bridge <br /> by way of a "shortcut. it Her concern being for damage heavy <br /> equipment may cause to the bridge and traffic safety thereof. <br /> fl,4„ Mr. Guagnini made reference to the deletion of five (S) lots <br /> F �, ; on the proposed Plan, and asked if this withdrawal is to be <br /> considered a permanent open space arrangement.
