Development Corporation-Dunrobin Road A1 <br /> Approval of Definitive Plan/Modification of Special Permit <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney McElhinney, who identified <br /> himself for the Record as Jack McElhinney from Willowbend. He <br /> stated h . .the Plan is not in final form as the Consulting Engineer �r <br /> has not had the opportunity to reviewed. it. He requested the <br /> Board review revisions made to eliminate fivelots . <br /> �5} <br /> s <br /> Mr. Hardmen stated the Consulting Engineer has made an <br /> initial review and commented on certain drainage issues, whichi ° <br /> have been addressed and revised as shown on the Plan. Attorney McElhinney made reference to NA <br /> the completion of Qulppi sh Road for the temporary purpose of <br /> utilizing construction traffic on Dunrobin Road. <br /> A <br /> The Chairman noted the major concerns of open Space and <br /> Drainage have been addressed. He then inquired as to the issue <br /> of Fencing. Attorney McElhinney responded fencing is proposed <br /> Ir__t <br /> cr;;y 74 <br />
