Ms. Gallant clarified that the 6mretail cottages being proposed can be located on <br /> any of the -proposed locations shown on the plan a .suggested by the Town Planner. <br /> Iris. Gallant stated the proposed retail cottages,would add to the community and to <br /> the econornic development as well. She then provided pictures of the retail cottages (for <br /> the file) indicating that they will be custom built—6 x 8 A-fiarne style, with overhang, <br /> shutters, the double doors in the front will open up and be used to display merchandise, <br /> with three windows (one on either side of the doors, and one in back). <br /> Where was some discussion regarding safety/liability issues, structure definition, <br /> building code, and the use of the terms "booths" and/or` stalls". <br /> Dennis l al arini suggested that the construction of public restrooms be required <br /> and noted within the modification to the Special Permit; to which Mr. T lanian agreed. <br /> # - "l estroom facilities for the vendors will be made available in the South Cape <br /> Village Management Office, in Unit C6 on Joy Street.
