The November 5, 2008 <br /> Town of Ma hpee Planning Board Meeting was reconvened at :00 p.m. <br /> The Consulting Engineer, Charles Rowley, arrived at the Meeting at this point, <br /> :00 p.m. <br /> Public Nearing <br /> willowbend Country Club, Inc.—Simons load between Sarnpsons hill Road <br /> And Quinaquisset Avenue—Approval Special Permit Modi icati n <br /> -Townhouse Condominiums <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice <br /> into-the record and cal led the Public Hearing to order. <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that Applicant has requested a further <br /> continuation of# i , atter to December 39 2008. <br /> The Chairman read the following letter addressed to the Mashpee Planning Board <br /> from into the record: "To whom It May Concern—I am respectfully requesting a <br /> continuance to the Public Hearing to modify the willowbend Country Club Special <br /> Permit to Wednesday, em r" , Zoo . Please do n t hesitate to contact me if you have <br /> any questions. Thank-you for your attention to this matter. David wood, vice. <br /> President" <br /> There being no Board, Staff, or Public comment the Chairman entertained a <br /> motion to continue. <br /> MOTION: I erinis Bal arini made a Motion-to continue the Public Hearing in <br /> this matter to December 3, 200 8 at :3 o p.m.; which Motion was duly.seconded by <br /> Thomas "Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permit <br /> l lashpee Investors LL —South Cape village Shopping Center <br /> Special Permit Modification to Convert Joy Street Pedestrian walkway to.Street <br /> And Parldn&Area <br /> Having called this Special.Permit matter to order the Chairman deferred to the <br /> Town Planner who explained-that there is a provision under zoning that-refers to hover the <br /> Board may modify existing Special Permits.
