Mr. l on ie made reference to a plan entitled, "'Phase III Tree Preservation Plan <br />for Buildings 414witbin Southport on Cape Cod, Mashpee, MA by RIM Engineering, <br />dated September , 2"' depicting the appropriate trees that will remain untouched <br />with the remainder of trees to be removed and stockpiled in certain -areas that. have <br />previously been approved. <br />MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve. the plan dated <br />September 25, 2008, prepared by RIM Engineering, and entitled "Phase III Tree <br />Preservation Plan -for Buildings 41-45 within Southport on Cape Cod, Mashpee, -MA"; <br />which Motion, was duly seconded by Thomas '. ara and so voted unanimously. <br />IIrIr. l onVie then made reference to a retaining wall that has been approved by the <br />Board and for which- he has obtained a building pent; Tree-# 9974 is a 6-inch pitch <br />pine tree at this location.
