He also <br /> b: mentioned the involvement of a land trade between the Owner <br /> r r e and <br /> the Town in order to accommodate the road. Negotiations �f,.. ► <br /> g t�at�ons were to <br /> have taken place between the selectmen and the Owner.-- a He <br /> 4_ mentioned this as an issue sue of overall planning f _ <br /> p g or the Town. <br /> when asked, Mr. Baxter stated had not been made aware of any such <br /> 3. negotiations by the owner. <br /> : 1 14 wi <br /> he Town Planner then provided an overlay sketch of the <br /> ]YNG <br /> proposal . He explained the Middle School extension was placed <br /> LyF too close to the existing Great Hay Road. The owner has <br /> instructed <br /> Mr, Baxter to appear before the Board to ask for <br /> consideration of extending the road, as per the Plan of record. <br /> The Chairman requested Mr. Baxter indicate the egress on the O <br /> Plan, which he did.
