Thomas Fudala, Town Planner. ,r• <br /> .r <br /> Local Comprehensive Plan <br /> Cape Cod Commission Comments-Consistency ar. <br /> Jlrr� <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be ':"' <br /> � present and recognized <br /> Margo Fenn, of the Cape Cod Commission. ., <br /> Margo Fenn introduced Tom Cambarerz' Herb Olsen Gaywells <br /> and Paul Tilton. She stated the Comml ` i "r s s i on i s making every <br /> effort to review the Plan and submit comments prior to the May <br /> , <br /> Town meeting. She also made reference to Draft Memorandum y <br /> Consistency Report, dated April 1, 1998, directed to the Milo <br /> attention of Mashpee Local Planning Committee. , <br /> Margo Fenn suggested a number of key issues be discussed at <br /> this Meeting, with the remainder to be addressed at the staff ='p' <br /> level and presented to the Planning Board. <br /> The Chairman stated, there remains a possibility that <br /> p y t the <br /> Local Comprehensive Plan Article may be removed from the May <br /> Warrant if there is not agreement d <br /> g eement between the Commission and the <br /> Planning Board., as well as Town Departments and members of the <br /> public, that the Plan is complete, compatible and reasonable, He s <br /> stated the possibility of addressing this matter at the October <br /> Town Meeting. <br /> Minimum Performance Standards <br /> Margo Fenn acknowledged the fact that the Planning Board <br /> chose not to include "Minimum. Performance Standards" language in <br /> the Plan <br /> as it is not to be considered. a regulatory document. <br /> She stated the proposed newly written introduction to the Plan is <br /> goo <br /> d and cross references Commission standards with various <br /> Objectives and Policies within. the Mashpee Plan. <br /> p <br /> She did, however, clarify the Minimum Performance Standardsa�' <br /> i y <br /> n the Regional Plan are not intended solely for developments of <br /> regional impact, they are intended f or all types of development <br /> ,r• <br /> !s <br /> 1 <br />
