Use section to be terrific as far 3 as Goals and Policies and to be the best Land Use section of any <br /> she has read. Planner clarified the resent population <br /> p p p to be <br /> 9,500 which would be a fifty-eight (5 8 W) percent increase. He explained <br /> difficulties the <br /> , � P <br /> involved in trying to remain below that number.
