Article 30-Implementation Committee, the ZBA has = <br /> • requested that a Member from both the Planning Board and Board, of <br /> Appeals, and others when appropriate to the issue, be considered 1 <br /> as members of <br /> the Board. The Town Planner and the Chairman <br /> reported this matter has been addressed by the Selectmen, who <br /> have added Greg Taylor, DPW; a Board of Health member; a <br /> Selectman; Board of Appeals member; and two at-large; for a total <br /> of nine (9) . The Chairman informed. the Board of Selectmen of hi <br /> s <br /> opinion that a Committee of this size would prove <br /> p e to be unwieldy. <br /> N <br /> The Chairman reported on Article 34, watershed. He stated <br /> the ZBA, was unhappy with this entire Article, and in <br /> with the lastPermits. <br /> • . ! <br /> particular <br /> �paragraph, implementation of Special Permits. 3=� <br /> (When it is a Board of Appeals Special Permit the Board of �t <br /> Appeals is to implement it; when it is a Planning Board <br /> Special Permit, the Planning Board is to implement it. ) The '�' <br /> Chairman further stated that particular paragraph has been <br /> stricken by the Board of Selectmen. The Town Planner advised, the ��� <br /> Planning Board of another paragraph which states the Planning <br /> Board approves their projects, and the ZBA approves their tq <br /> projects► subject to the provisions of Section B (which is in the ; <br /> existing Bylaw) . The Town Planner stated he had provided a Memo #� <br /> to both Planning Board and the ZBA explaining the Bylaw and its <br /> effect on authority. Currently the Groundwater Protection <br /> District Bylaw provides for three circumstances under which the <br /> ZBA can grant a Special Permit, which deals with the storage of <br /> hazardous materials/fertilizers.
