Mr. <br /> Dorgan expressed Town related concerns relative to growth; <br /> schools, water, and watershed management. The Board also !* <br /> discussed the difficulty in enforcing deed restricted <br /> regulations. There was also discussion regarding population ►,' <br /> density per housing unit, per bedroom unit, within the Town. <br /> Mr. Fudala noted the Cape Cod Commission mandate of ten (10%) <br /> percent affordable housing.
