P P � <br /> modified to indicate the shift, reference was made to the dotted <br /> line on the plan indicating the location of the new proposed. . <br /> travel way in relation to the road as it exists on the ground. <br /> i <br /> He stated t has also been shown on the cross-section of the road <br /> indicating n the <br /> indicat g e way to be the edge of the shoulder, and , <br /> four (4) feet over being the edge of the new travel way, all <br /> being within the right of way proposed on the Modification Plan. <br /> At this point, Mr. Fudala presented a Survey Plan indicatinga, <br /> property lines, certified by Phil Holmes. <br /> Mr. Fudala requested the center line be indicated on the <br /> Subdivision Plan as the property line. " ': <br /> Mr. Baxter stated he has shown the new road layout; <br /> proposed y <br /> the road layout as shown on the Record Plans at the registry of . <br /> Deeds; with reference to the recorded subdivision Plan. He <br /> suggested it might become confusing to indicate yet another line <br /> on the Plan. k1i <br /> Attorney Kirrane suggested this matter would require <br /> resurveying of the Town' s property, as well as a title <br /> examination, <br /> There was some discussion at to whether or not the Holmes "�' �' <br /> line is to be considered the correct property line. Philip D. Holmes, dated <br /> November 12 if 19 73 11 be retained. He suggested a notation be 4 <br /> written on the Plan indicating the property line is the center ' <br /> line of the old Great Hay Road.
