(6) of the OSID Bylaw- which <br /> Motion was seconded b John Kuchinski, <br /> y �. <br /> Voting in favor of denial: Dennis Balzarini James Dorgan, ' <br /> and John Kuchinski. <br /> New Article #39-The Town Planner explained this relates <br /> specifically to Mashpee Commons. It is a request to change the <br /> OSID Map, which indicates primary and secondary open space areas, <br /> as well as the Wildlife Refuge Boundary. The change being <br /> requested is to change a certain parcel- of land,, owned by Mashpee <br /> Commons, from secondary to primary open space (14 residential <br /> units, 31 bedrooms) . The Mashpee Commons Advisory Committee is . <br /> in support of this Article. <br /> The Vice Chairman called for Public input and recognized � <br /> Kerry Marsh, who stated Mashpee Commons supports the change as <br /> the land in question is surrounded by primary open space, will <br /> help to create a corridor to the Bay, and transfers units from a <br /> project that could be developed and put on septic systems into -a <br /> the Growth center where they would be connected to a wastewater <br /> 'E <br /> treatment plant . <br /> James Dorgan made reference to the formal statement made <br /> earlier in the Meeting by Beverly Kane, inquiring as to certain <br /> impact studies promised by Mashpee Commons, which have not yet <br /> been made available to the voters.
