Said analysis have shown there will <br /> be a net fiscal benefit to the Town at build-out, and that <br /> Traffic and wastewater impacts will not be greater that what <br /> would be allowed under existing zoning. <br /> oil <br /> The Town Planner clarified the Fiscal Impact Study indicates <br /> F <br /> there will be less net benefit to the Town with the residential r <br /> mixed use development than with purely commercial development. :° <br /> p y <br /> The net remains to be positive to the Town, it will however be n " <br /> reduced. Said amendment would require filing with <br /> the Town.
