' <br /> The chairman recognized. Janet Hubbard, Shorewood Drive, who <br /> asked whether or not Southport was an abutter to Algonquin <br /> Avenue, and if they would be required to contribute to the cost. <br /> :a <br /> Clarification was made that Southport had been included in <br /> the calculation determining the Thirty-Five Hundred ($8, 500 . 00) <br /> Dollar amount per abutter, as previously mentioned. l:f <br /> Dennis Balzarini asked the Chairman what, if any, <br /> recommendations Mr. Taylor has made. The chairman stated nothing <br /> i f i <br /> specific had been discussed other than the fact that Mr. Taylor <br /> had a conflict with the Planning Board Meeting, and that he would ' <br /> make every effort to attend at some point. ; <br /> The chairman determined the Board was free to discuss the <br /> matter, although he would prefer to take no action at this point, <br /> as Mr. Taylor has not had an opportunity to resent his in <br /> pp y p put. <br /> i <br /> Fames Dorgan informed the Board of recent action taken by <br /> the Board of Selectmen to withdraw the plans for road taking. r <br /> The chairman suggested this issue would not be resolved at <br /> this Meeting; and that the technicality of obtaining g Plannin - <br /> Board signatures is the matter before the Board at this time. He <br /> also determined the Planning Board would eventually make a <br /> recommendation through the Town Meeting process. I <br /> `it <br /> The Planning Board then discussed and make references to , <br /> "Compiled Road Easement Taking Plan, Mashpee Shores Subdivision, p� ! <br /> in Mashpee, Mai, dated July 28, 1998110 <br /> Mr. Rowley informed the Board of and indicated an area with <br /> drainage problems. { , <br /> F <br /> With reference to the Ashers Heights Subdivision, Mr. Rowley <br /> reported on his review of the file, noting a letter received from <br /> a homeowner, Mr. Collins, dated July 1, 1998, in which he cites ` <br /> drainage complaints/problems at the corner of Carlton and Butler. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested an inspection be made in order to determine <br /> any existing problems prior to a release in full being granted. <br /> Board Members were in agreement, the Chairman requested Mr. <br /> Rowley make the inspection. Mr. Rowley noted the security has <br /> -7- <br /> ! <br />
