The Chairman, Patrick Coffey, presided. <br />' Planning Board Members present: Patrick Coffey, Chairman; R <br /> Dennis Balzarini, Vice Chairman; John Kuchinski, Clerk (7: 08 " <br /> .m. } • and James Dorgan. <br /> an.g <br /> Absent: Chance Reichel, Scott Mitchell, Associate Member, , <br /> and F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner. <br /> Also present: Eric Twarog, Assistant Town Planner; and A <br /> Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer (7:22 p.m. ) . " <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to ' <br /> , ,r <br /> order. As the first order of business he called the matter of: ` <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee + <br /> MMMD Corporation/Dedecko-Ashers Heights <br /> The Chairman noted Mr. Rowley' s comments were available to <br /> the Board, in which he recommends release of security. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to release security <br /> in the amount of Twenty-Six Thousand Fifty-Four Dollars and Forty <br /> Three Cents ($2 6, 0 a 4 .4 3) ; which Motion was seconded by James : <br /> Dorgan. (No vote was taken at this time. ) A . <br /> T` <br /> The Assistant Town Planner pointed out the amount of <br /> security has been reduced to Seven Thousand ($7, 000 . 00) Dollars. <br /> Mr. Balzarini rescinded the prior Motion and moved as <br /> follows: <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion for the release of <br /> It <br /> all securities in this matter; which Motion was seconded b James <br /> Y <br /> Dorgan and so voted unanimously. <br /> .
