!I <br /> the natural vegetation has grown back. The - Planning Board <br /> . maintains the area be restored to a pleasant appearance and that <br /> it comply with the Special Permit. The matter before the Board <br /> is that of a proposed revegetation plan, to be presented by Mr. <br /> Bonvie. } <br /> Mr. Bonvie informed the Board that an on-site visit has <br /> transpired and that a plan has been prepared by his landscape ; <br /> architect. Said Plan entitled, "Proposed Revegetation of <br /> Algonquin Avenue Lot-Algonquin Avenue, Mashpee, MA, prepared for <br /> Southport of Cape Cod, Mashpee, MA, prepared by Abbeline, Inc. , tF <br /> dated September 1, 19 9 8" . <br /> Mr. Bonvie noted a four (4 ft. ) foot gate opening on the -Al <br /> plan. Per Planning Board request, there are to be non-localized <br /> species incorporated into the plan. Making reference to the <br /> plan, Mr. Bonvie stated he would design around the g p arkin area. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made further references to the plan pointing out <br /> different species and their location. <br /> Mr. Bonvie indicated where the seedling area is to be <br /> located. He explained that he plans to use off-site trees in <br /> certain areas for enhancement purposes, as well as removing <br /> certain small growth species which are to be transplanted <br /> throughout the area. Mr. Bonvie stated the present tree line '' <br /> would continue to move forward with the growth of the <br /> revegetation. <br /> s. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made reference to the fence, stating he would <br /> leave it open at the present time. He indicated the buffer area, <br /> noting plans to revegetate within the next thirty (30) to sixty <br /> (60) days <br /> There was some Board discussion/questions raised regarding <br /> the type of trees being proposed in connection with the <br /> revegetation. <br /> The Chairman inquired as to certain areas of the property �{ <br /> such as the horseshoe pit, parking, debris, excess asphalt- to <br /> T <br /> which Mr. Bonvie stated his plans for clean--up. He stated <br /> however that he has no plans to change the horseshoe pit and <br /> parking areas. <br /> The Chairman opened discussion to members of the public. ± � <br /> Robert Robichaud, Shorewood Drive, Mashpee-Inquired as to <br /> Why Mr. Bonvie was required to appear before the Planning Board.
