Per Planning Board, request, there are to be non-localized <br /> species incorporated into the plan. Making reference to the <br /> plan, Mr; Bonvie stated he would design around the parking area. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made further references to the plan pointing out <br /> different species and their location. i <br /> Mr. Bonvie indicated where the seedling area is to be l <br /> located. He explained, that he plans to use off site trees in <br /> certain areas for enhancement purposes, as well as removing <br /> certain small growth species which are to be transplanted <br /> throughout the area. Mr. Bonvie stated the present tree line <br /> would continue to move forward with the growth of the <br /> revegetation. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made reference to the fence, stating he would <br /> leave it open at the present time. He indicated the buffer area, <br /> noting plans to revegetate within the next thirty (30) to sixty ° <br /> (60) days: <br /> There was some Board discussion/ estions raised regarding <br /> discussion/questions g g <br /> the type of trees being proposed in connection with the <br /> revegetation. <br /> The Chairman inquired as to certain areas of the property <br /> such as the horseshoe pit, parking, debris, excess asphalt- to <br /> which Mr. Bonvie stated his plans for clean-up. He stated <br /> however that he has no plans to change the horseshoe pit and <br /> parking areas. <br /> The chairman opened discussion to members of the public. <br /> Robert Robichaud, Shorewood Drive, Mashpee-Inquired as to <br /> why Mr. Bonvie was required to appear before the Planning Board <br /> in order to plant trees on his own property. <br /> The Chairman explained that Mr. Bonvie is building under a <br /> Special Permit a negotiated process, in articular the impact of <br /> • g p p P <br /> the perimeter on abutters. <br /> f� i <br /> kL <br />
