Covenant Release <br /> Anthony LaCava--Baxter & Nye - Quashnet Valley <br /> Release of Covenant 2-Lots on New Great Hay Road <br /> The Town Planner determined Applicant has not provided a <br /> Covenant Release form. The Vice Chairman suggested deleting this <br /> matter from the Agenda, having the Planning Department contact <br /> Applicant to request Release form, and remove this matter from <br /> the Agenda until further contact from Applicant. All Board � s <br /> . PP <br /> Members were In agreement. <br /> Non-Agenda Items <br /> tf <br /> Asher' s Heights Subdivision <br /> The Vice Chairman informed Board Members of a report from <br /> the Consulting Engineer regarding the Asher' s Heights Subdivision <br /> in which Mr. Rowley suggested the remaining funds in the amount 4 <br /> of Seven Thousand Two Hundred. Eighteen ($7,218 . 00) Dollars not be <br /> released until such time as the drainage problem at the <br /> intersection is rectified., based upon inspection made at the <br /> direction of the Planning Board during the September 2, 1998 <br /> Meeting. <br /> After some discussion, the Town Planner suggested the Board <br /> approve release of said $7, 218 . 00 subject to the Consulting <br /> Engineer' s final satisfactory inspection of the drainage/ <br /> repaving. Planning Board Members were asked to sign the Release is <br /> form, which is to be held in escrow by the Town Planner until <br /> such time as the Consulting Engineer makes a final inspection and <br /> signs the Release form as well , <br /> MOTION: Chance Reichel made a Motion to approve Planning <br /> Board signatures on the Release form, which form is to be held in , <br /> escrow by the Town Planner until such time as the Consulting <br /> Engineer completes a satisfactory inspection of the drainage in <br /> nsg <br /> question; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Shoestring Bay Estates <br /> { <br /> The Vice Chairman read into the Record letter dated <br /> September 16, 1998, from Charles L. Rowley, PE, RLS, Regarding <br /> Shoestring BayEstates, Plan Revisions: "Dear Chairman Coffey, I � � <br /> y. <br /> have reviewed the submittal for the changes which were requested <br /> for the connecting roadway between Shoestring Bay Estates and <br /> Willowbend. Stormwater calculations and a revised plan were <br /> prepared by Earth Tech and my concerns have been satisfied with <br /> regard to this item. With regard to the construction of '� I; <br /> Shoestring Bay Estates, if wording can be included within the ' <br /> modification of the special permit to include the appropriate <br /> repaving of the roadways, this would seem sufficient- " <br /> -10- <br />
