He stated the <br /> Selectmen have deleted two sections of the Development Agreement ; . <br /> Bylaw, which essentially eliminates Planning Board involvement in <br /> the process and placing them in control . The Town Planner noted <br /> the original proposed Article is that which has been advertised � <br /> for the Public Hearing this date; and that the change is to be <br /> considered radical in terms of the concept. <br /> The Town Planner also informed the Board that the Stormwater <br /> Article had also been deleted from the Warrant. <br /> � 4 <br /> The chairman left the Meeting at this point, appointing the <br /> vice Chairman, John Kuchinski, to preside over the remainder of <br /> the Meeting. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Four Zoning Articles for October Town Meeting <br /> The appointed hour having arrived, the vice Chairman called <br /> the 7 : 00 Public Hearing to order. <br /> Article #35 - wireless Facility overlay District. The Town <br /> Planner reviewed said overlay Map, suggesting those places listed <br /> on the 1997 Massachusetts State Register of Historic Places be <br /> included. <br /> .r <br /> The Town Planner noted those areas shown in red to be those <br /> areas where towers could exceed forty-five (4 5) feet in height. ; <br /> There was discussion regarding overlay districts located in � � <br /> g g Y <br /> heavily residential areas of the Town. The Town Planner <br /> explained that presently, without regulation, towers could be <br /> constructed anywhere within the Town. <br /> There was some discussion relative to restricting the <br /> construction of such towers to commercially Zoned areas. <br /> The Town Planner noted the Purpose and Intent Sections ofI <br /> the Bylaw, as well as the Definitions Section.
