The Consulting <br /> Engineer informed the B r r <br /> g Board that the issue referred to In said All <br /> Memo has been resolved to Mr. Taylors satisfaction. <br /> MOTION: James Dorgan made a Motion that said Fifty seven <br /> Thousand Ninety-Five ($57, 095 . 00) Dollars be returned to <br /> Applicant for work completed to date; which Motion was seconded <br /> by Chance Reichel and so voted, unanimously, <br /> Board Members John Kuchinski, Chance Reichel, Dennis <br /> Balzarini, and James Dorgan signed. a Record of Performance <br /> Guarantee in this matter reducing the amount of security to <br /> Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred ($15, 200 . 00) Dollars, as well as <br /> a Release of Covenant. <br /> r <br /> Covenant Release t <br /> Elizabeth Walton-Sunset strip <br /> Release of Covenant on 1-Lot <br /> t; <br /> The Vice chairman recognized Sean Eagan, on behalf of <br /> Elizabeth Walton, who requested. a "General Release" from the <br /> Board. He presented a Plan to the Board for their review and. � <br /> indicated the location of the lot in question which has never <br /> been released. <br /> The Town Planner stated the original Subdivision, as <br /> approved in 1958, is shown as one lot. At some point after that <br /> date the property was divided as an ANR. He suggested, said Lot <br /> be released from the Covenant and a description thereof be agreed <br /> to. <br /> r <br /> The Assistant Town Planner explained he has identified, the <br /> property as described by the Assessors Map and Block numbers. 1 � <br /> The Vice chairman determined a general release could not be <br /> authorized, the release would have to be made on a per lot basis. <br /> He then entertained a motion be made with regard to Release of <br /> Covenant, Assessor' s Map 37, Block 7 and Assessor' s Map 37, Block t <br /> 72 <br /> MOTION: Chance Reichel made a Motion to sign Release of <br /> Covenant in this matter-Assessor' s Map 37, Block 7 and Assessor' s <br /> Map 37, Block 37; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini <br /> and so voted unanimously. -2-- <br /> r <br /> { <br /> r <br /> I <br /> i ' <br />
