Chance Reichel inquired as to why Applicant wanted to _; <br /> maintain said parcel of land; to which Applicants representative <br /> stated that at some point Applicant would like to construct a <br /> metal maintenance building for the existing Otis Trailer Village. <br /> i <br /> 7 <br /> At this point the Vice Chairman determined this Plan to be <br /> an ANR by definition and suggested the matter of request for <br /> waiver of fee be addressed. <br /> The Town Planner explained. the Applicant had requested the <br /> r <br /> waiver as the transaction will be a benefit to the Town. <br /> James Dorgan asked whether or not this is to be considered a <br /> gift to the Town; the Town Planner answered "No <br /> James Dorgan made his feelings quite g qu clear <br /> a that he was not <br /> in favor of waiving said fee, as the Town will be purchasing the I LI <br /> property. <br /> After brief discussion the Town Planner reminded the Board <br /> that fees had been waived recently in a similar situation, it was <br /> also noted that Applicant reconsidered extending the camp ground <br /> upon learning of the Town' s interest in purchasing the land, <br /> given the fact a precedent had been established, Chance Reichel <br /> suggested the Board consider approval of waiver, , <br /> MOTION: Chance Reichel made a Motion to waive the ANR <br /> Application Fee on the Plan as presented to the Planning Board '1 <br /> this date; which Motion was seconded by John Ruchinski. The <br /> Motion carried by a majority vote. <br /> Voting in favor: John Ruchinski and Chance Reichel. r <br /> Opposed: James Dorgan. <br /> The Vice Chairman entertained a motion to endorse be made. <br /> MOTION: Chance Reichel made a Motion to endorse the ANR <br /> Plan as presented to the Planning Board this date; which Motion <br /> was seconded by John Ruchinski and so voted unanimously. <br /> i t <br /> The Vice Chairman proceeded to date and sign both Plans <br /> Lot 1 and Lot 2; Board Members signed an original and three (3) is <br /> copies.
