Said hand-out entitled., "Digital Format Submission of <br /> Plans in Digital Format Compatible with the Towns Geographic <br /> Information System - Draft - Mashpee Planning Department -- <br /> November 1998 . 11 <br /> James Dorgan made reference to the Town of Lexington' s model r <br /> process and suggested that perhaps the Town/Assistant Planner <br /> obtain a copy for review. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner informed the Board that due to ! <br /> the new GIS system, plans will be required to be submitted in <br /> digital format. There was brief discussion regarding Arc view, <br /> digital submission procedures (DxF format) , and recommended layer <br /> symbology. <br /> There was brief discussion regarding the suggestion to <br /> establish a network of monuments, as presented by the Consulting <br /> Engineer. <br /> Fames Dorgan suggested that Board Members be provided the <br /> -3- <br />
