Mr. York also stated that he <br /> feels he has gathered sufficient evidence to conclude the E-col i` <br /> stems from wildlife. <br /> Mr. York then requested from the Board funds with which to + <br /> test the identity of the remaining bacteria. He asked permissi <br /> on <br /> on <br /> to invest in a twenty-five (25) unit kit in the amount of Three <br /> Hundred Fifty ($3 5 0 , 0 0) Dollars. �; <br /> Mr. York also stated he would <br /> provide an interim report for the Board, as well as to report r the ' <br /> findings of the (disease-causing) testing being requested for ; <br /> reasons of public health issues, <br /> Mr. York assured the Board that all testing is strictly <br /> standardized (Strickland and Parson <br /> s, as well as Public Heath <br /> standards) . r. <br /> The Vice Chairman entertained a motion be made in this <br /> regard. <br /> MOTION: Chance Reichel made a Motion to appropriate the sum <br /> of Three Hundred Fifty ($3 5 0 . 0 0) Dollars from the windchime <br /> Mashpee River Study Account for use of bacterial identification <br /> I, <br /> samples; which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Mr. York stated the results of said testingcould possibly <br /> p b y <br /> be published within scientific journals. <br /> At this point the Vice Chairman and Board Members signed the <br /> Expense Voucher prepared b g <br /> p p y Mr.. York, a Purchase order was signed <br /> as well for the purchase of one (1) API-2 0-E Test Kit.
