Mashpee Town Hall, 15 Great Neck Road, North to consider a ' <br /> Definitive subdivision Plan approved by Applicant, Vivian <br /> Williams, 20 Coombs Lane, Mashpee, Assessors Map 44, Blocks <br /> 35, 36, 37, and 38. " <br /> The Vice Chairman recognized Greg MacDougal from Yankee <br /> Survey, representing the Applicant. Mr, MacDougal stated <br /> Applicant ' s desire to create three (3) lots from the four (4) <br /> lots shown on a Plan of Land entitled, "Division of Land Located , . <br /> in Mashpee, MA, Lots 8, 10, 12, and 14-P1 an Prepared for Vivian {�' <br /> Williams-Dated November 2, 1998-Yankee Survey consultants" . <br /> Mr. MacDougal made reference to the addition of a block, as <br /> well as the twenty (2 o) day notice. Also, any reference to "ANR" <br /> has been deleted from the Plan, <br /> The Town Planner determined, from the November 4. 1998 lit <br /> Minutes that Waivers regarding fees, zoning lot size, frontage <br /> requirements, and preliminary plan requirements had been granted. <br /> The Vice Chairman acknowledged Applicant ' s file was in <br /> order, and opened the floor to any Board/Public discussion. The <br /> Town Planner noted that the Board of Appeals had granted a <br /> variance. <br /> (There was brief discussion regarding whether or not the <br /> Plan should reference the zoning Variance. ) <br /> There being no further discussion of this matter, the Vice <br /> Chairman entertained a motion be made. '- <br /> MOTION: Chance Reichel made a Motion for Approval of the <br /> Definitive Plan in this matter, Vivian Williams-converting four <br /> (4) lots into three (3) lots as presented to the Board this date; <br /> which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted. <br /> unanimously. (This matter concluded at 7:33 p.m. ) <br /> The Town Planner stated he would file the Form/Notice of <br /> Decision with the Town clerk. <br /> _t <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Amendments of Planning Board Rules and Regulations Governing <br /> the Subdivision of Land: To change Sections IV, V, and VI as ,; <br /> they relate to the size of plans submitted to the Board, and to } <br /> adopt provisions relating to consultant fees. <br /> The appointed hour having arrived, the Vice chairman called <br /> the duly advertised/scheduled 7:30 Public Hearing to order. <br /> i <br /> MOTION: Chance Reichel made a Motion to continue said � . <br /> Public Hearing until later on in the Meeting; which Motion was <br /> seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. <br /> r <br /> -3 <br />
