Alexander1998 <br /> a <br /> Watt, dated December 2, 19 9 8 <br /> to the attention of the Mashpee PlanningBoard Regarding ' <br /> Application of Robert Definitive <br /> Fratus for a Definitive Plan-Route 130 ; J <br /> li[ <br /> "Dear chairman and Board Members: On behalf of Robert <br /> Fratus, I respectfully request the Plannin Board to: 1 <br /> the requirement of the � g, Waive .. <br /> submission of a preliminary plan for the <br /> above-referenced matter, which requirement is set fo <br /> rth in G.L. <br /> c.41 section 81S; and 2 . To allow an extension of four <br /> (4) ` <br /> months for submission to and consideration b the Board <br /> y of such <br /> Definitive Plan and file <br /> le notice of such extension with the Town <br /> Clerk. As grounds therefor, Mr. Fratus is attempting et <br /> negotiate a configurationY p ng to <br /> of the proposed lot with the abutter <br /> i <br /> (who owns the fee n half of Oakwood Road) in order to present <br /> the Board with an optimum plan in terms of access and <br /> environmental sensitivity. P e time <br /> y . c.41 section 81U. t1 <br /> The Town Planner expressed concern regarding g g the language of <br /> request for extension, noting the deadline would consist of <br /> filing a Decision with the Town clerk. He suggested paragraph gg p g aph 2 . <br /> of said correspondence be amended to better specify the dates f <br /> extension. <br /> o <br /> After some discussion it was agreed to amend the written <br /> request for waiver as follows: 112 . To allow an extension until <br /> April 9, 1999, for consideration by the Board of such Definitive +� <br /> Plan and filing of the Decision with the Town Clerk; and to file <br /> notice of such extension with the Town Clerk as well. ,, <br /> The Vice chairman having determined the Board to be in <br /> receipt of a <br /> p proper written request for extension to April 9, R� <br /> 1999, opened the floor to any further discussion.
