However, the Cape Cod <br /> Commission has not yet approved the Site Plan. <br /> Mr. Megathlin indicated the open space and pedestrian walk . ' P'O <br /> ways. He noted there is to be extensive landscaping along Route <br /> 28. He also stated that Seamist has requested a pedestrian ' <br /> connection to their development, which has been provided. The <br /> majority of parking and loading is to be located at the rear of <br /> the buildings. There is to be on-street loading for those <br /> buildings located and fronting on Route 28. <br /> Mr. Megathlin noted there is to be a significant amount of , <br /> open space. He stated the present site has twenty-eight (28%) <br /> percent open space, which will be increased to over thirty (30%) <br /> percent. <br /> In response to an observation made by the Town Planner, Mr. <br /> Megathlin stated the plans for the Miniature Golf Course have not .01 <br /> yet been completed.
