RECEIVED <br /> FEB 1, 1995 -i <br /> TOWN CLERK MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> MASHPEE MARCH 16, 1994 <br /> TOWN HALL <br /> i' <br /> r Present: Tana Watt, Richard Martini , Pat Coffey, Tony Ferragamo, Spyro <br /> Mitrokostas <br /> Also Present: Tom Fudala, Town Planner, Charlie Rowley, Consulting Engineer <br /> Meeting convened at 6 :45 p.m. <br /> ]Applicant: <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> Ron Bonvie/Michael Dunning <br /> Location: Southport Retirement Community, Old Barnstable <br /> Road/Rte 151/Algonquin Ave. <br /> Request: Review status of revegetation and Phase II approval . <br /> Approval extended to March 22 . <br /> Mr. Ron Bonvie was present. He explained RTC has sold the note and <br /> mortgage on the property. He is negotiating with the present holder, they G <br /> ;have an understanding and he well be back in the drivers seat very soon. ! <br /> He would like another 60 day extension. <br /> May 20th is 2 days after the second meeting in May. <br /> ** Richard made a motion to extend Phase II revegetation approval to <br /> May 20 , 1994. Tana seconded the motion. All members were in <br /> favor.** <br /> Antunes - Orchard Road <br /> Tony Ferragamo stepped down and left the room. <br /> Mr. Bill Hauck was present and submitted the required .legal papers on this <br /> smatter. After review by the Board, these papers must be executed and <br /> 'recorded. <br /> Pat asked the status, is he satisfied? <br /> Mr. Hauck said yes, this is part of it. They need the signed version of <br /> the papers back from the Planning Board. They are trying to meet all the <br /> requirements of the special permit. <br /> Pat explained the Board will review this, discuss it tonight and have them <br /> ,back to the Building Inspector by the next meeting. <br /> { <br /> One lot has already been sold and built upon. This is after the fact. This <br /> Eisholding up an occupancy permit on the second lot and holding up sale of <br /> any of the other lots. <br /> pq at said there are other outstanding questions, as he recalls. <br /> FSMrs. Antunes ' daughter was present and said they are trying to resolve <br /> :`those matters as quickly as possible. <br /> Pat read from the memo outlining the violations. <br /> Condition 2- hookup to town water. The applicant said that was resolved at <br /> 1 r` <br />
