WEDNESDAY, JUNE 15 , 1994 <br /> TOWN HALL <br /> Members-Present : Tana Watt, Dennis Balzarini , Tony Ferragamo , <br /> Richard Martini , Pat Coffey ; <br /> Also Present: Tom fudala' Town Planner, Eloise Graveno, <br /> Assistant Planner , Charles Rowley , Consulting Engineer <br /> REDUCTION IN SECURITY <br /> Applicant: PECO <br /> Location : Santuit Woods <br /> A representative was present requesting a reduction in the <br /> security being held for Santuit Woods. They presented an <br /> estimate for the work remaining to be done . There is a report <br /> from the consulting engineering confirming the work to be done. <br /> Tony asked what is preventing this work from begin completed , it " <br /> is not much work,? <br /> There is a house under construction on that cul de sac and they <br /> feel the construction would ruin the loam and seeding of the cul <br /> de sac . <br /> ** Richard made a motion to reduce the performance security <br /> -°" being held for Santuit Woods to $2 , 250 . 00 Dennis <br /> a seconded the motion . All members were in favor . <br /> Tom filled out the paperwork so the remainder of their security <br /> will be returned to them. <br /> RELEASE OF COVENANT <br /> Applicant : Larry Sullivan <br /> 4 <br /> K Location : Great Hay Acres <br /> ` Request: Release of covenant on all lots <br /> Mr. Sullivan was present requesting a release of covenant. He <br /> explained that he checked at the registry of deeds and did not <br /> find a record of the covenant release. <br /> E` He did have a record the Planning Board signed off on the <br /> r. performance guarantee and a copy of Charlie Rowley ' s letter <br /> w recommending release of covenant from 1988. <br /> It appears it was released but never recorded . <br /> r ** Pat made a motion to release all lots in Great Hay Acres <br /> on the basis the performance guarantee has already been f. <br /> released . Richard seconded the motion .
