A substantial amount of input had been given at the <br /> first Hearing date from unit owners within the condominium � <br /> ro 'ec t. There were a number of legal al and site-specific issues <br /> p � g <br /> raised at that time. A series of meetings have taken place <br /> between the unit owners and the Bornstein Companies which <br /> Attorney Ford representing the unit owners) and. Attorney Butler � <br /> have not attended. aj <br /> Attorney Butler stated that he was appearing before the <br /> Board on a "limited basis. The meetings between unit owners and � r <br /> the Bornstein Companies have resulted in a substantial amount of <br /> consensus. However, there remained a number of issues that had <br /> not been resolved. Attorney Butler and Attorney Ford both <br /> attended a meeting "a week ago last Saturday, " which proved to be , <br /> very successful. As a result, there was a subsequent meeting <br /> "last Wednesday, " attended by representatives of the unit owners, � <br /> .Attorney Ford. and Attorney But ler. within the last few s <br /> da y <br /> there has been some draftingof an Agreement between the unit <br /> owners and prospective purchaser. � ! <br /> Attorney Butler said that he feels an agreement has been <br /> reached, subject to some fine tuning. regarding ardin issues raised by .4-01 <br /> e sub�e <br /> the unit owners as they relate to the Special Permit. There has 41e . <br /> been a substantial amount of discussion regarding the future <br /> development of the condominium as it relates to the Condominium. <br /> Association and the relationship between the developer and the <br /> a <br /> existing unit owners as the project is built-out. �. <br /> Attorney Butler updated the Board as to the status of the <br /> sz project to date. He made reference to M r. Eldredge and a site <br /> plan displayed to the Board.
