Mr. Eldredge pointed out the <br /> building g P p <br /> .s original and the new line of division of responsibility. <br /> Thomas Fudala clarified that the division of responsibility <br /> is not to be what is developed and what is to be open space, but <br /> rather the portions of the open space which are to be the <br /> Trustees of Reservation restrictions, the remaining area to <br /> E be Town Conservation restrictions. <br /> Mr. Eldredge indicated the network of roads depicted on the <br /> proposed plan an as being essentially the same as the original. plan <br /> p <br /> ° with three exceptions: Blue Heron Drive has been moved <br /> - :' approximately twenty-f ive (2 5) feet to the East, an area referred <br /> to as "the race track" has been eliminated and a road has been <br /> = y� brought through to Blue Heron Drive; and an area showing one <br /> �4- <br /> ry <br /> � 3 <br /> { <br /> l+ <br /> li . <br />
