She stated they would also like to be <br /> assured of proper monitoring procedures to be in effect after the <br /> 1 an �#p t i s built to insure proper performance. Also, the Planning <br /> Board imposed a condition in the original Aril 1957 Agreement, <br /> p g , <br /> that if ever there would be a Municipal waste water Treatment <br /> Commission, or some such similar body, operated by the Town of <br /> Mashpee that the owners of this project would agree in writing <br /> >> that the waste water treatment plant would be turned over to the <br /> - Town at the Town' s request. <br /> The Chairman asked Attorney Butler ,if he would address these v <br /> issues at the next Hearing. <br /> Attorney Butler agreed to do so.
