Mr. Rowley asked if wells located on <br /> private lots would be indicated as such on the Deeds for the ' <br /> 01 <br /> purpose of future water sampling. <br /> The Chairman requested a Notation be placed on the drawing <br /> � <br /> stating rights of access to the wells located on said lots, <br /> The Chairman determined. three (3) wells are required under <br /> Subdivision Bylaws; and suggested the other two wells be sampled, <br /> with new wells to be driven if this is not possible. ° <br /> `-' Thomas Fudala interjected the Board of Health is required to E <br /> approve the location of the wells; and further suggested , <br /> s} placement in the open space.
