McGrath <br /> r confirmed there are to be twenty-eight homes, with a range of <br /> .; three to four bedrooms. She asked if each home would have their <br /> own well, to which Mr. McGrath answered "No,, " water is to be <br /> provided by the Mashpee water District. She then inquired as to <br /> individual septic systems; Mr. McGrath answered they would be <br /> traditional. (inaudible) . Ms. Kane then inquired as to the Town <br /> Meeting Article which will address the possibility of expansion <br /> of the existing Holland Mills recharge area. <br /> Thomas Fudala explained there is a difference between the <br /> Zone II and the current groundwater protection district. The <br /> Petition Article would expand the groundwater protection district <br /> to include zone II in its entirety. Mr. Fudal a qualified that <br /> this project is currently located within a groundwater protection <br /> district <br /> There being no further ,publ zc input. ,the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to continue this matter for the purpose of <br /> : receiving- water testing results and confirmation of the two <br /> sample points as discussed. The Chairman requested the Town <br /> Planner draft a Special Permit document. <br /> tom' ; MOTION: Martine Meigering made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this platter to March 19, 1997, at 7:3 o p.m. , <br /> which Motion was seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted <br /> k <br /> l unanimously. (This matter concluded at 7: 30 p.m. ) <br /> i ;Ft i : The Chairman requested Mr. McGrath provide Mr. Rowley with a <br /> complete set of all Plans and Drawings in this matter; to which <br /> t,t:kl he agreed. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> u° <br /> The Bornstein Company-wi.ndchime Point <br /> It <br /> s; The Chairman recognized Attorney Butler, who identified <br /> himself for the Record as Pat Butler, representing the Applicant, <br /> the Bornstein Companies. For the Record, Attorney Butler <br /> mentioned the results of a site-visit which took place on <br /> February 22, 1997, per request of the Planning Board, After <br /> 1 further discussions with the Applicant and Terry Eldredge, <br /> . Engineer and members of the project team, it was decided to <br /> Y <br /> propose a return of the 1987/88 Plan and original special Permit <br /> to the Planning Beard. <br /> Attorney Butler listed the following concerns which <br /> r influenced said decision; Mashpee River Corridor and perimeter <br /> and a return to a village concept of the Plan.
