The financing for this project is from State agencies. <br /> Evidence presented at the hearing shows that the applicant has tried <br /> to substantially comply with the requirements of the Town of Mashpee �v <br /> Zoning Bylaws an the _applicant appears to be proposing quality <br /> style housing on the lot. �'� ' <br /> At the hearing, a motion was made and seconded to grant ;:,t� <br /> ?. t3 <br /> rV J <br /> a Comprehensive Permit for low- and moderate-income housing for «, <br /> i 4 <br /> .1�vr,7 5 <br /> families and disabled persons under Massachusetts General Laws, Chaptera <br /> 40B, and for funds to be provided by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts rt <br /> zr Chapter 705, Housing for Family Programs., with the fol7owing <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. That all of the units constructed hereunder and in <br /> compliance with the plans shall be made available to families and <br /> disabled persons of low- and moderate-income. <br /> 2. That this project comply with the Town of Mashpee Bylaw <br /> 4.6.6, which provides for heat detection, tenant notification, and <br /> alarm monitoring in the event of fire. <br /> 3. That the Mashpee Housing Authority is required . to <br /> cooperate with all other local and state boards or committees for <br /> placing residents of the Town of Mashpee in the family units. <br /> -3- <br />
