That all of the units constructed hereunder and in <br /> compliance with the plans shall be made available to families and <br /> disabled persons of low- and moderate-income. <br /> 2. That this project comply with the Town of Mashpee Bylaw <br /> 4.6.6, which provides for heat detection, tenant notification, and <br /> alarm monitoring in the event of fire. <br /> 3. That the Mashpee Housing Authority is required . to <br /> cooperate with all other local and state boards or committees for <br /> placing residents of the Town of Mashpee in the family units. <br /> -3- <br />
