It was <br /> 9 <br /> adequately shown that the location of this property for the elderly <br /> adeq Y <br /> was superb because it .will be within walking distance of many of ' <br /> and local stores, libraries, churches, and <br /> the Town' s facilities <br /> parks. There would be no great necessity for automobiles. <br /> The Board was informed of all of the zoning regulations <br /> which <br /> were not complied with for the construction of this project, <br /> and they were enumerated in paragraph 4 of the Petitioner' s <br /> plic <br /> ations under the paragraph "Specific Relief Sought", numbers <br /> 1 through 12. <br /> -4- <br />
